Tina Maguire started her career in the London group HR department of a national retail chain, moving into international banking she discovered, to her surprise, that she had a knack with numbers, and so began 10 years as a qualified by experience accountant.

Tina’s started recruiting with a specialist banking agency, learning that strong sector knowledge and listening to her clients and candidates was vital. Recruitment was not just a job, Tina was dealing with an important part of her candidates lives, and contributing to the success of her clients.

Born and brought up in North Norfolk Tina returned in 1995. Since then she has successfully recruited accountancy and finance roles at all levels, for all sectors, on a temporary and permanent basis. Regularly attending business networking events, and keeping in contact with the professional associations and institutes.
