Long established and innovative business situated in Thetford is looking to recruit a Sales Ledger/Credit Controller. Reporting to the Accountant you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Be in charge of the sales ledger accounts.
- Accurate confirmation of delivery notes ensuring system generated and proforma invoices are correctly raised
- Liaise with other departments and customers in order to deal with invoice queries.
- Credit Control – Oversee the Aged Debtors List – Pre-empt falling debts and chase any outstanding ones.
- Provide cover for Purchase Ledger.
- Complete manual invoices and credits notes.
- Administration of new accounts and maintain any amendments.
- Bank reconciliations in multi currencies (GBP, EURO & USD).
You will have some sales ledger or credit control experience, strong communication skills, a high level of accuracy, good numeracy skills excellent computer skills including Excel.
