Key Responsibilities:
- Practice Leadership: Take charge of our new accountancy practice, being instrumental in its growth, operations, and client relationships.
- Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a team of accountants, ensuring they meet high professional standards and deliver exceptional client service.
- Client Management: Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring their financial needs are met, and explore opportunities to grow our client base.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a strategic plan for the practice’s growth and expansion.
- Financial Management: Manage the practice’s financial performance, including budgeting and reporting.
- Compliance: Ensure the practice adheres to all relevant regulations and compliance standards.
- Innovation: Keep abreast of industry trends and technologies, and introduce innovative practices to improve efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications and Skills:
- ACA/ACCA qualified, with a strong background in accountancy practice.
- Business owner mentality.
