Our esteemed client is a commercially focused firm based in Norwich, recognised for its Tax Consulting expertise. Their dedicated tax team addresses an array of tax challenges, from M&A to exit and succession planning, predominantly catering to owner-managed companies.
Role Overview:
Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you’ll lead strategic initiatives, manage a team of corporate tax advisors, and ensure our client’s services remain at the forefront of UK tax compliance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management: Mentor and guide a team of corporate tax advisors, ensuring a harmonious and productive work environment.
- Compliance & Oversight: Uphold impeccable standards, overseeing the team’s operations and ensuring adherence to UK tax laws.
- Advisory Mastery: Handle intricate advisory projects, mentor junior members, and ensure service delivery is first rate.
- Process Refinement: Innovate and optimise processes related to tax compliance and reporting, ensuring efficiency and precision.
- Strategic Tax Initiatives: Spot and harness opportunities for tax planning, structuring, and optimisation to bolster business growth.
- Stakeholder Relations: Foster and maintain robust relationships with external advisors, tax authorities, and pivotal stakeholders.
- Performance Insights: Deliver in-depth analyses on business unit performance, furnishing the Board with actionable insights and recommendations.
