Expanding business based in Norwich requires a hands-on Accountant to run the finance department. You will have all round accounts experience including payroll and be capable of supervising 2 members of the team.
The main duties consist of producing monthly accounts up to P&L and balance sheet stage and help to develop these statements including cash flow forecasts. Weekly and monthly payroll. Bank reconciliation’s. Overseeing accounts payable and receivable. VAT returns. Assist with year-end process and tax returns.
You will be AAT qualified or equivalent or qualified by experience with strong IT and communication skills. Self motivated with good organisation skills and problem solving ability. This is a busy, varied role within a friendly organisation who appreciates and rewards hard work.
