Niche organisation in the offshore sector is recruiting an Accounts Assistant to cover maternity for a period between 9 and 12 months. Reporting to the FD you will responsible for the processing of purchase ledger invoices and maintenance of the ledger in a timely and accurate manner and associated duties.

The key duties include processing purchase invoices, setting up new suppliers, reconciling supplier statements, chasing suppliers for missing invoices and preparing supplier statements.  You will also process credit cards and expenses, reconcile petty cash,  process inter-company recharges and provide purchasing cash flow projections.

You will have experience in a similar role, have good attention to detail, strong communication skills, the ability to prioritise, work to deadlines and seek out and implement improvements. Benefits include 5% pension, study support, 25 days holiday, cycle to work scheme.
