Leading motor trade company in Norwich is recruiting an Assistant Accountant. This is a newly created role to support the finance team and contribute to their continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle and Parts Stock Management: Take charge of controlling the balance sheet accounts for vehicle and parts stocks.
- Assist Management Accountants by handling various balance sheet reconciliations.
- Report Submission: Prepare and submit detailed composite reports to manufacturing partners.
- Aid in performing bank reconciliations and assist in forecasting cashflow.
- Other ad hoc finance an admin tasks.
Skills needed:
- AAT or similar
- Good communication skills
- Strong IT skills
- Motor trade background and advantage
