Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly Reporting:
- Complete all assigned month-end closing tasks accurately and on time.
- Balance Sheet Management:
- Fully reconcile designated balance sheet accounts for assigned legal entities before the monthly financial close, as directed by the Finance Manager.
- Perform additional tasks to ensure strong balance sheet governance.
Recurring Duties:
- Help process and allocate bank and cash transactions.
- Support the Accounts Payable (AP) function by working closely with the team and assisting as needed.
- Aid in cash management and forecasting, providing necessary information to Corporate Treasury.
Skills needed:
- AAT or equivalent
- Strong IT skills including Excel
- Proactive, good communicator, work well in small friendly team environment.
