A great opportunity for an ambitions finance professional to join this successful North Norfolk manufacturer. A key role reporting to the local MD in a time of growth. Responsible for the day to day accounts :
- Cash management – bank reconciliations and invoice financing
- Preparation of monthly management accounts ( P&L, Balance Sheet etc)
- Preparation of VAT returns, EC sales stats and statutory returns
- Assisting with statutory accounts for year-end audit
- Preparation of monthly salaries
- Overseeing sales ledger and purchase ledger assistant
- Sending out sales invoices
- Supplier payments – ensuring authorisation
- Credit Control – reporting outstanding debtors.
- Assisting with margin, costing and stock control analysis
- Preparation of data for payroll.
Candidates will ideally be AAT qualified with previous experience in a busy commercial environment, ideally manufacturing. Strong IT skills including Sage and Excel.
