Fast moving organisation based in Dereham is seeking a Credit Controller to work on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Credit Manager you will help to ensure that all debtors are paid on time and in full.
Your key duties will include the following:
- Manage customers with objective of maintaining and building relationships whilst securing payments on time and in full.
- Circulate fortnightly overdue summary reports & query logs to management.
- Daily monitoring of credit checks.
- Ensure invoices are sent out weekly.
- Post incoming payments and raise credit notes to the sales ledger.
- Update daily any credit limit changes through D & B alerts.
- Ensure monthly statements are sent out correctly.
- Ensure Credit Manager is informed of any problem accounts in order that appropriate action can be taken.
You will have proven credit control experience, good IT skills and a positive mindset. Availability needs to be short notice. £Competitive salary + bonus.
