Due to increased workload a temporary Accounts Assistant / Credit Controller is required to join the finance team. Main Duties will be for Credit Control:
- Communicating directly with customers by telephone and email
- Ensuring customers pay to terms
- Liaise with members of staff so that customer queries are resolved smoothly and quickly
- Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity
- Check Credit Rating for new customers
- Additional duties as requested by Accounts Supervisor/Financial Director.
- General Administration Duties
Candidates must have previous experience within a busy finance / credit control role. Good IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook. Able to start as soon as possible. The role will be for 3 – 6 months. It can be full or part time.
