Well established and successful company based on the outskirts of Norwich is looking to appoint a senior Credit Controller. Reporting to the AR Manager you will play a key part in maintaining the sales ledger and aged debtor list for both UK and international customers.
The main responsibilities include contacting overseas and UK suppliers via phone and email on a daily basis to secure payments, producing aged debt reports with summary of queries, preparing cash forecasts and helping to analyse a number of bank accounts in various different currencies. You will also liaise extensively with the sales department to release customers orders based on credit position, resolve outstanding issues and maintain accounts, reconcile unallocated cash values and investigate aged ledger queries to a resolution.
You will have considerable credit control/sales ledger experience, strong IT and relationship building skills, the ability to solve problems and react confidently to new situations. Driving licence is essential as occasional travel. Free car park.
