- End of period Bank reconciliations
- Organising invoices to be paid
- Cheque runs
- Processing monthly phone bills.
- Processing petty cash returns for HO
- Filing of purchase invoices
- Setting up and amending direct debits and standing orders
- Answering phone calls and email queries/requests
