This role is key to partnering with the operations and sales departments identifying areas to improve, providing financial support and analysis and implementing change with full backing of the senior management team.
Your key responsibilities will be analysis of group accounts, analysing month end processes, costs and support margin improvement in order to create and internal accounts pack. You will provide high quality financial insight and guidance to management based on commercial understanding of the business to support decision making processes, build relationships with key stakeholders and provide reliable forecasts, budgets and commentary of revenue and costs. You will have the ability to challenge processes, identify weaknesses and provide recommendations to support the development and implementation of more robust processes and controls.
You will preferably be qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA or very close to qualification and either have finance business partnering/FP&A experience or be a management accountant looking to step into this position. Financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting skills are essential as is advanced level Excel. Experience of using an ERP system is desirable.
