Finance Manager Fakenham
Are you an experienced finance professional looking for a new challenge? Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing company based in Fakenham, Norfolk, is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the financial operations of the organisation.
Key Duties:
- Supervise and mentor the existing finance team to ensure efficient and effective performance.
- Manage all day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Produce weekly and quarterly management accounts to provide insights into the company’s financial performance.
- Prepare Profit and Loss statements and Balance Sheets to monitor the company’s financial health.
- Manage year-end financial processes and liaise with auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide general support to all other departments, offering financial insights and guidance where necessary.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability and willingness to interact with other areas of the business, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
- Self-managed individual with the ability to use own initiative to drive results and solve complex problems.
- Proficiency in all MS Office applications, especially Excel, to analyse data and create financial reports.
- Confident, proactive, personable, enthusiastic, and driven attitude to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Hours: Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, office-based.
