HR Manager

High profile business situated in Norwich is looking to appoint an HR Manager. Reporting to the Managing director you will manage a team of 3 and liaise with the senior leadership team.

Your key duties will include developing a clear people strategy that aligns with the organisational business strategy, implementing a talent management and succession framework and reviewing performance management whilst ensuring processes enhance business performance. You will lead the operational HR agenda ensuring strong relationships are built with the management team and deliver a learning and development strategy which provides a platform for career development.

You will be CIPD qualified with a proven track record delivering people strategy and implementing successful systems, frameworks and policies. Strong working knowledge of UK employment law is required as is the ability to measure and analyse data to inform quality decision making and generate new and innovative solutions.
