A specialist in their market sector, this growing business needs an experienced Management Accountant. Reporting to the Financial Controller the role will cover day to day management of the accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial information and reports. Responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of accurate monthly management accounts
- Production of P&L, cash flow and variance analysis
- Month end and year end reporting
- Assisting with budgets and planning
- Review of overheads against budget
- Capital expenditure – depreciation and fixed asset register
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- VAT Returns
- Assisting Sales and Production teams on margin control and product costing
- Assisting with implementation of new IT system and finance processes.
Candidates will be part or fully qualified ACCA/CIMA, with experience of a busy finance function. Proactive with analytical and problem solving skills. IT proficient with strong Excel (Pivot Tables, V-look ups )
