Part-time Accounts Assistant

Part-time Accounts Assistant (Credit Control)    Norwich

Your main duties will consist of credit control – posting onto Sage the customer’s daily payments including credit card payments, chasing aged debt, sending out legal letters, credit checks, set up new accounts, general maintenance and filing of sales ledger, taking customer card payments by phone, sending out of statements and copy invoices.

In addition to the above you will be required to support the Management Accountant with entering payments and filing purchase ledger invoices as well as support for the following duties:

This is a very busy role and the candidate needs the ability to multitask, knowledge of excel would be a definite advantage. The hours are mornings, 3 days a week.
