Working as part of a team of payroll administrators, reporting into the Payroll Manager, ensuring the smooth running of a number of the weekly payrolls.
- Responsible for a number of payroll databases from start to finish, including importing from our front office system, to paying staff and sending returns to HMRC.
- Candidates must have good communication skills to liaise with staff on payroll, office managers and Directors.
- Ability to work to deadlines is vital as payrolls to ensure completion and staff are paid on a timely basis.
- The successful candidate will be well-organised and the ability to work well under-pressure in a fast moving business.
