Expanding business situated near Wymondham requires a professional Procurement Administrator. The main purpose is to provide contract procurement support services to team members, generating and administering tenders for a wide range of projects for both new and existing customers.
Key duties include:
- Monitor and report on progress of in-framework procurement programmes
- Ensure that all mini-tender and direct selection documents comply with procurement legislation and the terms of original Framework Agreements
- Preparation of documentation for mini-tender and direct selection processes
- Despatch all mini-tender and direct selection documentation in accordance with agreed programmes
- Co-ordination of responses to clarification requests during tender periods
- Co-ordination of tender evaluation exercises
You will have relevant procurement experience, strong IT skills and experience of presenting and communicating in a wide range of situations. A housing/property background would be desirable but not essential.
