A key role within the business, responsible for the financial reporting and control for production operations. Reporting to the Head of Finance, and working directly with the Production team. The role will evolve with the post holder giving the perfect opportunity to settle in to business and learn systems and processes at the start. As the business requirements change through growth opportunities the role will become a lot more challenging and have career development potential.
Supporting the team to ensure they are operating within agreed budgets. A major element of the future of the business is improved manufacturing reporting and efficiency. Currently a varied suite of reports is produced including preparation of monthly reports, data downloads and analysis. Reports include Accruals & Prepayments, Margin, Stock and Materials control.
Candidates can be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or have strong finance experience in production / manufacturing environment as a Controller or Finance Business Partner. Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills are essential, adaptable to change, and motivated to add value to the business
