Purchase Ledger Clerk

National service based organisation is looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to work on a 9-12 month maternity contract. Reporting to the Management Accountant you will assist with the smooth running of the purchase ledger department.

Your main duties will include matching and coding a variety of purchase ledger invoices on a daily basis, BACS payments, supplier statement reconciliation’s and dealing effectively with enquiries on the phone and email.

You will have previous purchase ledger experience, a good telephone manner, strong Excel skills and excellent organisation and data entry skills.
