Sales & Operational Coordinator
Big Sky Additions is working with a leading Norfolk employer who has experienced continued growth over the last 2 years and is passionate about progressing and rewarding its employees. As a newly created role this Sales & Operations Coordinator will give you autonomy to develop in a fast paced and safe Covid environment.
Your main duties will include being responsible for the operational safety, quality and gross margin of the operations. You will ensure all enquiries are logged and followed up in a timely manner, monitor supplier invoices to ensure accuracy, gaining approval and are processed for payment correctly. Be in charge of management of all aspects of logistics, ensure coordination of supply chains, base stock control and takes and certification of equipment. Provide support and consult with the Assurance team in relation to compliance, training, auditing and policing of operations.
You will have some job costing, quoting and invoicing experience ideally in a fast moving company. Good turnover and margin management, customer service and the ability to deal with pressure situations in a calm manner. Excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment.
