Job Title: Senior Accountant

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Accountant to join our client’s team in Norwich. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive financial services to a diverse range of clients across various industries. Key Responsibilities:
- Production of monthly management accounts for clients across various industry sectors
- Performing accounting duties, which encompass overseeing customer payments, and reconciling bank and cash accounts utilising accounting software like Xero and Sage.
- Assisting clients in preparing financial information including cash flow forecasts.
- Offering outsourced services to clients in need of this essential component within their financial operations, and supervising a team of finance professionals.
- Ensuring timely submission and compliance with HMRC regulations for corporation tax, self-assessment tax, and VAT returns.
- Collaborating closely with senior management of companies who require help with strategic growth.
- Preparation of year-end accounts.
Requirements:
- Part or fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with experience in a similar role (ideally practice).
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero and Sage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
