This is an excellent opportunity to work for a large group which is a business to business service provider. The role sits in the Senior Finance Leadership Team and reports to the Financial Controller, and responsible for 4 direct reports and several indirect employees.
- Main duties consist of day to day management and development of the Regional Management Accountants and Assistant Management Accountants.
- Delivery of effective finance business partnering to the group.
- Delivery of robust financial control, including development and implementation of improvements in processes and procedures.
- Working in conjunction with the Financial Controller and Management Accountant Head Office in delivery of accurate and robust management accounting and balance sheet control.
- Overseeing the preparation of the monthly profit and loss accounts and commentary for the Group.
- Supporting the Financial Controller with finance system development.
- Seeking continuous development and improvement in client service and processes.
You will be a fully qualified accountant, with significant experience of leading and managing a team, advanced Excel skills and ideally project management experience.
