Successful service business based in Peterborough is looking to appoint a Finance Manager. Reporting to the MD you will be in charge of the finance function including all processes and personnel.
You will direct and maintain all financial & contractual controls and systems within the business, and to effectively manage the Financial Department and its personnel to ensure that the Company achieves its objectives. In conjunction with the Directors you will develop effective strategies, policies and procedures. You will be responsible for the accounting operations of the company, including the production of financial reports, the maintenance of accurate records and administering budgetary controls so that the Company meets all relevant statutory reporting requirements.
You will preferably be a qualified accountant with relevant experience at this level. Strong communication, leadership and IT skills are essential. Sage experience an advantage but not essential.
