Successful SME with exponential growth situated in King’s Lynn, is looking to appoint an HR Manager. Reporting to the MD you will be responsible for developing company processes, strategy and act a business partner to improve communication across the various departments in the organisation.
Specifically your main duties will consist of delivering training programmes, overseeing all resourcing strategy including resource planning, recruitment and onboarding. You will be responsible for partnering with all senior management to align business objectives with HR strategy. This is a diverse role where there will be a mixture of HR admin duties as well as more complex, strategic work both in King’s Lynn and supporting the international office.
You will preferably have a business degree and be working towards your CIPD qualification, have significant HR management experience and ideally H&S exposure.
