Part-time Payroll & HR Advisor
Leading Norwich based organisation in the property sector is looking to appoint a Payroll & HR Advisor. Reporting to the Business Manager you will be instrumental in supporting the company in a variety of payroll, HR and admin duties.
Your main responsibilities include processing the monthly payroll on Sage, adjustments and all other aspects of the payroll cycle in line with legislation, statutory filing and business policies. Reporting activities including compilation of performance targets and commission payments. Identifying payroll process improvements and maintaining accurate payroll and HR records. Resolving employee queries via email and phone. Helping to deliver HR strategy and supporting people policies.
This is a part-time role 30 hours per week ideally 10am-3pm Mon-Fri however our client is flexible how these hours can be worked.
