Sales Invoice Administrator

Once a sale is confirmed issuing an accurate invoice is essential to ensure timely payment and positive cash flow.

The Sales Invoice Administrator will support the Sales Team Leader of this established services group. This is a busy role creating and checking sales orders and issuing invoices according to customers agreed terms.

This role requires someone with strong organisational and IT skills, in particular MS Excel. Able to work accurately to strict deadlines. Ensuring information from a variety of areas and sources is correct. Liaising with the departments and customers on any invoice queries.
