Management Accountant

We are seeking a Management Accountant to join a successful business based in Norwich and take on a diverse range of responsibilities.

Your main duties will include preparing and analysing management accounts, cashflow forecasts, and budgets for a portfolio of Limited Companies and Partnerships. You’ll also be responsible for conducting full balance sheet reconciliations and reviewing Profit and Loss statements. Acting as the management accountant for clients in need of outsourced finance department services, you’ll ensure the service meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

In addition to managing financial tasks, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting and developing the team to enhance the client experience.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in either a practice or industry setting, along with ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualification or similar. A strong understanding of accounting principles relevant to small to medium-sized owner-managed businesses is essential. Experience with cloud accounting software like Xero is highly desirable.
